Poly Uilleann Bagpipe.
  These are not budget sets but are priced lower than many makers budget set offerings.  No plastic bags, no staple gun bellows attachments, etc.  These sets are built with the same quality materials as all of my wooden sets. The bags are leather and are sewn and riveted.  The bellows are leather and are attached to the wooden paddles with upholstery tacks and come standard with an arm pad for comfort.  The only difference between these sets and my wooden sets is the pipes are made from a quality, dense,  plastic with great tonal qualities.
